Counselling sessions are £80 for 50 minutes
Retirement Counselling Packages
8 and 12 session packages are available for people navigating retirement.

Packages are priced at a premium to individual sessions, reflecting the structure, planning, and containment built into the work. This is a purposeful, boundaried piece of counselling for a significant life transition — not open ended therapy. Find out more about counselling for retirement.
Concessions
I keep a small number of lower-cost spaces for people on reduced incomes. Please do contact me and ask if this would make counselling possible for you.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice the full fee is due. This keeps the space fair and available for everyone.
How to pay
You can pay by bank transfer before the session, or by cash or card at the end. I will share the details after our first chat.
